1) Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using worldbestaward.com (the “Platform”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

3) What the Platform is
worldbestaward.com is a digital awards and recognition platform based on public reviews and ratings, with annual digital certification for award recipients.
We do not guarantee outcomes, rankings, ratings, or award results for any participant.
4) Free participation and optional donations
No payment is required to participate, be listed, or be considered for awards. Donations are voluntary and do not influence rankings, reviews, award decisions, or certification. Where the Platform states that 100% of donations are directed to orphandevelopment.org, this refers to donation forwarding under our Donation Policy and reporting approach. 5) Eligibility and awards (one winner rule)
Awards are determined according to our published rules and methodology, which may change from time to time.
Eligibility depends on the relevant category and country rules. Only one winner per category per country per award year may be selected (subject to sufficient valid data and verification).
6) Reviews, ratings, and user conduct
If you submit reviews/ratings or other content, you agree that you will not: post false, misleading, defamatory, hateful, abusive, or unlawful content, post personal data of others without permission, post sensitive personal data (passport/ID numbers, bank details, medical records, visa files), manipulate ratings or engage in coordinated abuse (including fake reviews), use bots or automated means that disrupt the Platform.
We may moderate, remove, or restrict content/accounts at our discretion to protect integrity and safety.
7) Content ownership and licence
Our content: The Platform design, branding, text, compilation, and software are owned by us or licensed to us and protected by intellectual property laws.
Your submitted content: You retain ownership of content you submit, but you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce, display, adapt (for formatting), translate, and distribute it for operating, improving, and promoting the Platform, including award listings and verification pages.
8) Digital certificates, badges, and verification
Digital certificates are issued for a specific award year and may have an expiry/renewal requirement. You may use award badges/certificates only in accordance with our Brand & Badge Guidelines: [link]. Misuse (misrepresentation, altering verification links, false claims) may result in revocation, removal from listings, and public correction notices.
9) Accuracy, methodology, and changes
We aim to keep information accurate, but: reviews and rankings reflect public inputs and our moderation rules, methodologies, categories, and features may change, we do not guarantee completeness, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability.
10) Third-party links and services
We may link to third-party sites (including category sites and donation recipient websites). We are not responsible for third-party content, services, fees, or policies. Your use of third-party sites is at your own risk.
11) Prohibited use, security, and scraping
You must not:
attempt unauthorised access, interfere with security, or introduce malware, scrape or harvest data in a way that violates applicable law, privacy rights, or disrupts the Platform, use the Platform to build competing datasets or services without permission.
12) Termination and enforcement
We may suspend or terminate access (including removing content/listings) if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms, engaged in manipulation, or created legal/security risks. We may also report unlawful activity to relevant authorities.
13) Disclaimers (important)
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Platform is provided “as is” and “as available”. We make no warranties (express or implied) about: accuracy of ratings/reviews, uninterrupted service, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement.
Awards and certifications are recognition indicators based on Platform rules and public review data, not guarantees of quality, safety, medical outcomes, or legal compliance.
14) Limitation of liability (international protection)
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for: indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of profit, revenue, goodwill, reputation, or data, business interruption, missed opportunities, or third-party claims,
arising out of or relating to use of the Platform. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability shall be limited to [the greater of £100 or the amount you paid to us in the last 12 months (normally £0)].
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud or any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
15) Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: your content submissions, your misuse of the Platform, your breach of these Terms, your violation of any law or third-party rights.

You agree not to use the Platform in violation of applicable sanctions, export controls, or anti-money laundering laws. We may restrict access where required by law.

18) Governing law and jurisdiction

19) Dispute resolution (recommended for international users)
Before starting legal proceedings, you agree to contact us at info@evisa.reviews and attempt to resolve disputes informally within 30 days.

20) Severability
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
21) Assignment
We may assign or transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms as part of a merger, acquisition, or business transfer. You may not assign your rights without our written consent.
22) No waiver
Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later.
23) Language
These Terms are written in English. If we provide translations, the English version controls to the extent permitted by law.

If you believe content on the Platform infringes your rights, email info@worldbestaward.com with: your name and contact details,the URL(s) of the content,an explanation of your rights and the alleged infringement, a good-faith statement that the complaint is accurate. We will review and, where appropriate, remove or restrict access to the content.
